Our bees gather nectar from white sweet clover and basswood in the spring and summer and in the fall they get nectar from wild aster and goldenrod. In addition, there are abundant sources of nectar from the flowers planted in Chicago's famous Garfield Park and Douglas Park. The variety of nectar sources gives our honey complex flavors that are unique to our city . You won't find honey like this in the supermarket. Unheated and chemical free.
